Eligibility
and requirements

– Submit your Scholarship Application and the Stages Legacy Board of Directors will start the review process.

– Once reviewed, you will be informed if your scholarship is approved.

– You are required to complete the entire Scholarship Application to be considered for a scholarship.

– All information provided on your application must be true and accurate.

– You must currently reside in Lubbock County and/or be enrolled in treatment in a local treatment facility.
